Josie’s Festive Broccoli Slaw

  • 2-12 oz. packages of Broccoli Slaw Mix
  • 2/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1-12 oz. Jar of Bistro Original Sauce

Pour both bags of Broccoli Slaw mix into a medium bowl. Add cranberries and 1 full jar of Original Bistro Sauce. Toss until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Serves about 20 

Josie’s Original Bistro Potato Salad

  • 5-6 medium Russet Potatoes
  • 1/3 cup of Chopped Celery
  • 1/3 cup of Diced Onion
  • 1-12 oz. Jar of Bistro Home Style Original Sauce

Wash and dry potatoes. Fully cover potatoes and boil until tender but not mushy. Drain, cool, peel and dice about 3-1/2 cups. Add chopped celery and diced onion to the potatoes. Then add one full 12 oz. jar of the
Original Bistro Sauce and mix until blended. Refrigerate to chill.

Makes 3 to 3-1/2 lbs. 

ChipotleCream Cheese Dip

  • ½ Jar Bistro Chipotle
    Sauce
  • 1-8 oz. Package Softened
    Cream Cheese
  • Bacon Bits (optional)
  • Green Onions (chopped and
    optional)

 

Add ½ Jar of Bistro
Chipotle Sauce to one 8-oz. package of softened cream cheese.  Mix until smooth and creamy.  Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of real bacon bits and
1 or 2 chopped green onions if desired to taste.  Chill 2-3 hours and serve with your favorite
crackers or with vegetable tray.

DevilishlyDeviled Eggs

  • 6 Large Boiled Eggs
  • 1-12 oz. Jar Bistro
    Chipotle Dipping Sauce
  • 1-2 Seeded and Chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers (optional)

 

Boil 6 large eggs. When cooled; peel and cut in
half. Remove yolks and place in mixing bowl. Mix 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon
of Bistro Chipotle Sauce with cooked egg yolks until smooth and creamy. Stir in
Jalapeno peppers to taste if desired. Fill each egg half with mixture and
garnish with paprika or bacon bits.
